I'm a Technical Program Manager who cares deeply about the people doing the work. I want to know exactly how a business functions and where teams are drowning in invisible work. My background combines psychology, computer science, and an IT Management master's from Georgetown University. That combination helps me guide product teams, executive leadership, and users to finally understand one another. I've scaled software at intelligence agencies and led enterprise IT in higher education. I clear out the roadblocks so teams can just do their best work.
